| | Web 2.0 Reviews is not and has never been a functioning site. It is live, but not really used. I've listed it here to demonstrate my rapid prototyping skills.
I built the site (including all the graphic elements and adwords integration) in a single day after realizing that domains beginning in "0" (such as 0reviews.com) could be combined with a "Web2" subdomain to form Web2.0-specific domain names (Web2.0Reviews.com).
On the back end, the site is powered by Wordpress, PHP 5, and MySQL. I don't have the time or the interest to try to really be a publisher, though the experience of throwing up this site quickly was quite a rush. I even built these blog-friendly badges:
